Properties and Applications

Actmix Li2CO3-50G/HNBR is an acid acceptor for HNBR. During the HNBR crosslinking process, the combined use of Li2CO3 and antioxidants can significantly improve the hot air aging resistance of hydrogenated nitrile vulcanizates. Meanwhile, compared with vulcanizates using Na2CO3, the water swelling resistance of its vulcanizates is greatly reduced, enabling its application in fluid loop fields where water swelling performance requirements are critical.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Usually 3-6 phr
Applications: HNBR rubber products, such as automotive coolant loops and automotive fluid loops.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton, 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place in sealed containers, and the recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
